Rachel's love of stories and characters began with acting gigs, which ultimately led to the fascination of creating worlds and rules of her own, beyond the television screen.

Having grown up on multiple secluded farmlands, where flooded ponds became moats and old ponies became steeds, writing fiction was always in her blood.

She currently lives in a small town in Florida with her family, her dogs, and a few goats here and there.
